The Broadwater Bridge, Thomashire ("Thomashire I")
The first release in Thom's Thomashire collection, this artwork was painted by Thomas Kinkade during his visit to the Thomashire area of England.
The Victorian-era stone bridge is an actual bridge that was once part of a
English estate that is now a fishing club. While working on the painting, the
club members stopped and admired his painting. He said,
"I was so thoroughly taken with the gentility and peacefulness of
the location that I invited my wife and children to the spot on several
occasions to picnic in the sunshine beside the stream as I
painted."
