American Football Conference (AFC) New England Patriots 2005 Super Bowl XXXIX (39th) World Champions played on February 6, 2005 at ALLTEL Stadium in Jacksonville, Florida defeating the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Philadelphia Eagles, 24–21, to become the first team since the 1997-1998 Denver Broncos to win consecutive Super Bowls. New England also became the second team after the Dallas Cowboys to win three Super Bowls in four years. Tom painted the Flags waving to celebrate the Super Bowl Victory. The famous Park Street church is glowing.
